The 2011 Los Angeles Art Show is currently at the Los Angeles Convention Center and is the centerpiece of Los Angeles Arts Month. The 16th annual show features a global representation of over 100 galleries showcasing all genres of art and featuring the growing Contemporary Art culture in China. The show’s inaugural event takes place tonight at the Premier Party where collectors get a sneak preview of some of the works. Proceeds from tonight’s event will support Art of Elysium, a non-profit that encourages artists to share their talents with children fighting severe medical conditions. Last year over 3,000 participants came to the Premier Gala which raised over $1,000,000.

The show runs Thursday through Sunday, January 23 at the L.A. Convention Center’s West Hall.
