Every year I look forward to February. For me it has always been a month of learning that extends beyond 28 days. I’ve historically dedicated Black History Month to highlighting an Artist a Day on the blog. It’s not only a labor of love, it has been an immensely helpful and impactful writing challenge for me. The process has opened up a whole new world that I continue to explore in my freelance writing today.
For so many reasons this year is different. That’s why I’m going extend myself a little grace and will shift my Artist a Day posts from the blog to Instagram. I’ve decided to let the images do the talking. On that note, I’m simply reflecting on possibilities today. Onward.
